Overall Satisfaction with SeekOut
I use SeekOut to find potential candidates for my company's open positions. Since the roles are technical in nature, the platform is very helpful in narrowing down the right fit by the use of boolean phrases, current companies, years of experience, etc.
- the use of boolean string characters
- hiding profile pictures to minimize bias
- the ability to create a campaign and follow up on unresponsive messages that are sent
- the diversity tags are often not accurate
- alternate position title suggestions
- reduced time to hire
- more candidates available to source
- increased diversity
