The tool is very easy to use with great UI and it provides a straightforward interface. We are using at our website Cloudsdeal. They’ve got a great support system and are quick to reply to support tickets and emails. As they’ve added lots of features recently, it may be the right time for me to give this review a facelift.

Pros

The brand monitoring feature is built right into SEMRush.
It has the largest keyword database in the world.

Cons

Doesn’t come with inbuilt SERP analysis feature.
White-label reports only available in their highest plans.
Bulk Keyword difficulty scores can be a bit unreliable.

Return on Investment

Increased organic traffic within a month.
Onpage and Tech SEO helped ranking more landing pages.
The site is getting traffic not only through Google but also through social media.

Alternatives Considered

Yes, SEMRush has alternatives like Ahrefs. We chose it because we get to understand how many people are searching for navigational keywords in Google especially to land on our website.

Support Rating

This is a great tool that helps you identify the keywords that are common among our competitors. Similar to the keyword gap tool, we also use Backlink Gap tool that help us in determining the backlinks our travel website competitors. It also displays the SERP results list for the specific keyword and with this tool we have already ranked 5 pages on Google's first page.

SEMRush is by far the most feature-rich tool I’ve come across in the online marketing space. However, there are some downsides you need to consider. You can see that the toolkits are neatly accessible in the sidebar as a drop-down. When you compare SEMRush is quite more popular than Ahrefs due to the wide range of audience they cater to with their lots of tools. When it comes to pricing, both of them come at a similar price. But when you look at the features, SEMRush offers a better value for money.
