Overall Satisfaction with Sendinblue

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

At the startup where I consult, there was a need to send transactional emails for the product we were developing, and we considered using the Sendinblue platform. We needed a reliable and low-cost platform for sending emails from our system. At first, Sendinblue seemed to be exactly what we needed, a low-cost platform for a system in early development with the possibility to scale the sending of emails at a fair price.

We still have a problem with the delivery of our transactional emails, but compared to Sendinblue, we have lower rates. We also find the platform reports to be more robust, the graphics easy to read, and the reports very complete.

To be quite honest, we used Sendinblue for a short period of time to validate our MVP--about two months. We used a free account and had a bad impression. The emails frequently fell into spam folders or were not even delivered to users. We understand that it is a free service and with shared IP, but with Sendinblue the percentage of deliveries was much lower than our current platform. If you are looking for an easy-to-use platform with free access and you don't care about the delivery rate of emails, it may be an interesting choice.
