Overall Satisfaction with Sendinblue
We have tried using Sendinblue as an alternative to Constant Contact for sending B2C emails. Our Operations team was trying to find a cheaper option to be able to send out our emails each month. It helps us to have a place to send all of our marketing campaigns via email.
- The pricing is so cheap compared to other platforms that are out there.
- They have a free version.
- The templates are absolutely brilliant.
- They could provide more insights and analytics in order to determine strategy a bit better.
- I wish there were more integrations for collecting emails, etc.
- Customer support is not very responsive at all.
- Has helped us get new clients.
- Has brought in revenue.
- Positive ROI
We have used Constant Contact which does seem to have more functionality but it comes at a higher price.
