Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We use Sendoso at RingCentral. If a prospect shows up for a meeting or we need to guarantee that a prospect shows up for a meeting, we send them over a Sendoso for their time. It's a great tool to use and has shown a lot of success these past years.

Alyce and ASendoso are pretty similar when it comes to using. We use both here at RingCentral. We use Alyce to get meetings with prospects and we use Sendoso for confirming the meeting with them by sending them a small gift card. If Sendoso had a few more items to send, it would take it to the next level.

Great for generating business and bringing prospects to the meeting. The trouble I'm having with the google chrome plug-in is that when I try to send the gift card to the prospect, there isn't a send button to press. So it's difficult to use that feature when sending a Sendoso.
