Overall Satisfaction with Sendoso

We use Sendoso regularly among our business development department. It's been a large help with seamlessly and efficiently sending safe and fun gifts to prospects and clients across a wide geographic region and gift size.

Sending is easy, safe, and almost always receives very positive feedback from those who are redeeming. It's become such a large piece for us that it's now a part of our general training and has helped a great deal with gift giving to specific clients and helping personalize what otherwise is a rather "regular" act of kindness.

  • sometimes the email auto-populates when I send a large # of gifts out in the morning. Sometimes it does not, so I copy each email in preparation, it would be nice to know that each time I open sendoso to send a gift that the email will NOT be the last person to receive a gift but instead the person I'm currently emailing.

Never not appropiate, you just need to know when its not necessary and wihch personalities generally don't appreciate being sent gifts like this from someone with "sales" in their job title.

For the purpose of when it is well suited: Beyond generic prospecting, it helps reignite old conversations and threads to bring them back to life, helping gift give to people in various countries and show you know a little bit about their culture (I.e. Canadians love Tim Hortons, and take pride that Lululemon is HQ'ed in Canada). It's great for offering the donation part of it to those who would prefer to donate to a charity. This is also good if there is a national event going on that is putting a rather "grim" outlook on the corporate world. Mentioning the recent tornado, hurricane, Breast cancer awareness month, etc... It's a great way to keep the sales pipeline growing and gears moving while being conscious and attentive to larger picture things going on in society without seeming ignorant or oblivious.
