Overall Satisfaction with SendPulse
We use sendpulse to communicate with our users. It allows us to quickly create notification, sales, and promotional emails without engineering involvement. Sendpulse helps us increase our user retention and makes it easy to reach our users on several communication channels.
Pros
- The drag and drop email builder has been easy to use and is very intuitive. I like the flexibility of creating emails from scratch or using existing templates without coding.
- The automated resend feature has been extremely helpful in increasing our open rate.
Cons
- So far we have not had any issues.
- We have seen our retention increase and RPU has gone us since investing in email marketing using sendpulse.
Sendpulse is a lot cheaper and has unique features like resend capabilities as well as AI options that others just don't offer. For our company, we need to get the best return on our time and money and with sendpulse's pricing and features we do.
