Overall Satisfaction with ServiceNow App Engine
Used it for internal troubleshooting and IT issues. We could log tickets and have them resolved once IT saw the ticket
Pros
- Easy ticketing system
- Good for keeping track of issues
- Sends tickets directly to IT
Cons
- Better tagging options
- Selecting a specific problem can be confusing
- The interface seems outdated
- Makes solving IT issues easier
- Removed the need for emailing IT directly
- Creates a queue
We use both platforms but for separate reasons. ServiceNow App Engine offers more for troubleshooting, etc. Sailpoint is purely for requesting access to things. But they are similar apps
