Overall Satisfaction with ServiceNow App Engine

Case management solution: When an incident is raised, it passes through the appropriate team, and the resolutions are deployed through the portal, which can be adopted by any non-developer and is easy to deploy into the system. Once the deployment is successful, the incident is passed to the next team for validation.

Since people can handle the tool without any development background, this was really helpful and can be adopted by anyone, as reusability functions and drag-and-drop features are very easy. Many in-built features and functionality for integrating other applications are handy and adaptable.
Easy and adaptive features and people with no code to basic code developers can handle this, and the reusability of the many functionalities has added advantage. The incident management tool is at the top of the industry, has easy scalability, and adapts to customer needs. Compared with others, pricing is reasonable for the type of support and features it provides.

When the solution involved complex workflows and integration with many 3rd party applications, we felt the Now app engine was less appropriate as it could not handle different integrations simultaneously for incident resolution and complaints management. This was well suited and managed by people who don't know basic coding.
