Overall Satisfaction with ShareFile

I use ShareFile for audit clients to upload documentation and transaction support for audit engagements. We download such files to the shared firm network drive, and into audit software.

Pros

  • Central repository
  • Security
  • Email notification

Cons

  • Direct movement of uploaded files to CaseWare (does not currently allow)
  • Central organization
  • Preserving client confidentiality
  • Reduction of "busy time" through central organization
