I use ShareFile to send documents with sensitive personal and tax information to clients. I also use it to send large files to clients.

ShareFile is well suited to send documents or files containing sensitive personal or business information. It is also well suited to send large files that could not be shipped via regular Word or Excel. It may not be best suited to send files or documents that could be send via regular email.
