Overall Satisfaction with ShareFile

ShareFile is great for securely sharing files with clients and team members. It is easy to use for me and easy for my clients to set up. The security features are great and the ability to personalize with my firm logo and save templates is a huge time saver. I could not run my firm efficiently without it.

  • ShareFile has allowed my firm to grow confidently, while also serving the needs of my clients.
ShareFile is better and easier to use than other products (i.e. SmartVault). I love ShareFile's ability to set up new clients easily. Their customer service is excellent as well. For any accounting firm, this is a great tool to have. Do not hesitate, you will not regret it. I would not be able to run my firm without it.

ShareFile is great for any business wanting to share (request and receive) files securely. The ability to view videos, share spreadsheets, etc, is also amazing. I would totally recommend ShareFile to any service business trying to set up a secure tool to exchange files with internal employees as well as external clients.

Configuring ShareFile

ShareFile is amazing and it's super easy to configure access for users and permissions. I would totally recommend it for easy implementation and configuration for the regular (non-expert) user. It is very customizable and easy to use. You will not regret your decision to go with ShareFile. This software allows my firm to run smoothly.
