Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We are a PR firm and send out press releases for our clients. We have used many other platforms but could never put our name on the releases. With SharpSpring it looks like our releases are coming from us and not another mail server. Also, I get an email every morning letting me know who has been on my website, which is very helpful so I can see if I have a sales lead or not.
  • Once we signed up with SharpSpring we were given a 60 day onboarding process. This is where you are assigned to an onboard specialist and he essentially trains you. My onboard specialist was Deontae Lafayette who was fabulous, so knowledgeable and so patient with me. I really liked that I could have as much time with him as I needed. I made two one hour meetings every week. He would train me on something then I would work on that component and then we would review it in our next meeting. After my 60 days ended he assured me that the support team is available as I need it. Also, SharpSpring has video tutorials that are accessible anytime I need to figure out how to do something. I really have enjoyed my time with SharpSpring so far as I feel they are really a very knowledgeable company and very easy to work with.
  • Their platform is easy to navigate and it always makes you confirm that you want to add or delete something, allowing for 0 mistakes.
  • SharpSpring allows me to see who is getting my mail and who is not which is extremely important to me.
  • Some functions are not in formats I am used to with other platforms, but one thing SharpSpring allows you to do, is to send in a product feature that you would like them to consider and so far I have sent in two and they have used my suggestion and made that feature available.
  • I would also like to alphabetize my lists.
  • It is allowing for me to spend less time on lists and emails and more time on other things.
  • We have only been with SharpSpring about 3 months. I expect my ROI to happen in about 7 months when I start putting their system on my clients' websites.

I was using Meltwater and found that their support team was not as supportive as I needed. Every time I reached out to get support I felt like I was being up-sold on additional packages from them. SharpSpring on the other hand walked me through their platform and even after the 60 day onboarding process I can still access support from them without feeling like they just want me to continue purchasing additional features of their platform.
It is allowing me to send emails out for my clients that look like they are coming from my company and not a random email server.
