Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring across the whole organization to automate internal and outgoing tasks. Mainly we utilize lead tracking, lead scoring, and the forms. The daily lead tracking notification allows us to know how well we are capturing foot traffic. While the lead scoring helps us capitalize on those incoming potential leads. Additionally, we do utilize forms in conjunction with the tools above and visual workflows. SharpSpring essentially is a Swiss army knife that has allowed us to save time, save money, and compile our incoming data within a centralized location instead of all over the place.
