Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We started with SharpSpring last year to get our sales pipeline under control. We knew we needed a marketing automation platform and wanted CRM functionality built into the solution, not as a bolt on. The CRM side is super easy to setup and we had a functioning pipeline and forecast the same day I started using the platform. Doing so has provided visibility to all our deals and helped us make data driven decisions, not best guesses.
Pros
- Ease of use in getting data into SharpSpring
- Customer support and on-boarding was second to none
- Creating leads is super fast: name, email that's it
Cons
- We don't have a dedicated marketing team and therefore the MA side seems a little daunting for us.
- The mobile experience is adequate, but could have better integrations to my phone.
- Would love to see a integration with LinkedIn
- Increase the accuracy of our business forecasting
- Has made financial reporting much easier
- Helped increase our close rates
SharpSpring had everything we needed at less cost and effort to implement. The CRM was much better than other marketing platforms.
