Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
SharpSpring is used as our CRM and marketing automation platform for our sales and marketing efforts at our agency. We also manage SharpSpring instances for several of our clients helping them utilize SharpSpring as a tool to drive their account based marketing practices, converging both the CRM and marketing automation capabilities.
- SharpSpring provides an affordable, all-in-one sales and marketing solution for agencies and small businesses.
- SharpSpring provides Visitor ID which is a great tool to identify anonymous traffic.
- SharpSpring's CRM is straightforward and simple for smaller sales teams.
- SharpSpring's support is mediocre and could improve.
- I've seen our email send data be rather sporadic and unpredictable. SharpSpring's email servers may be the cause of that.
- I'd love to see SharpSpring provide more integration capabilities with Wordpress and other CMS platforms.
- SharpSpring has a very low cost and if we close 1 deal using the tool, we get a 400% ROI on the tool.

SharpSpring is much cheaper than Salesforce but also lacks all of the customization that Salesforce offers. For the price and the all-in-one capabilities, SharpSpring is a much better bargain for the value you get out of the tool. SharpSpring is also much cheaper than Marketo, but lacks the traditional marketing automation capabilities that Marketo has.
