Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

Our marketing and sales team are using it to manage contacts in one place. Marketing is using it mainly for contact management, newsletter, and some automations. Sales is using it for contact management, pipeline management and task assignment.

We are also using SharpSpring's partner portal to manage some of our clients' websites and some other aspects of their marketing and sales.

  • Weird bugs happen often and take time to deal with support team to solve problems
  • Keep adding new features without improving much existing ones
  • Making contact management easier

SharpSpring includes both marketing automation and sales CRM.
If you are looking for a cost-effective marketing and sales management all-in-one solution, this could be good. Also if you are running a marketing agency, this could be a good solution too. But it's not that intuitive and easy to use, so if you don't have time to deal with their support team often, you may want to consider some better-designed software.
