Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring across our organization to attract new clients, as well as deploy SharpSpring campaigns for our clients. SharpSpring is hands down our favorite marketing automation platform. It is easy to use, the support is incredible and our clients are seeing tremendous results.

Cons
- Social posting is OK, but Facebook posts could look better. May be a FB API issue to be fair.
- Like all automation platforms, may be a bit overwhelming at the start
- Would like better phone integration options.
- Sales growth has been tremendous for our clients. Sales are up over 30% across the board.
- ROI has also improved substantially. Spending far less on traditional media (TV,radio) and funnelling it into less expensive, higher performing digital campaigns.
- SharpSpring paid for itself within the first 2 weeks of implementation.
We looked at several other platforms before choosing SharpSpring. We obviously looked at Salesforce. We also considered Nutshell, HubSpot, Zoho and Sugar CRM. What really sold us on ShaprSpring was a couple of major factors. One, it is designed for agencies to resell to their clients. They understand our needs and have devised a perfect platform for taking care of our clients. And two, the amount of valuable features for the simple, flat-rate price was so superior to other platforms it just became a no-brainer. Throw in the fact that there is no contract and it is by far the best solution.
