Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We use SharpSpring across our organization to attract new clients, as well as deploy SharpSpring campaigns for our clients. SharpSpring is hands down our favorite marketing automation platform. It is easy to use, the support is incredible and our clients are seeing tremendous results.

Pros

  • Automates communication with potential clients and personalizes messages

Cons

  • Social posting is OK, but Facebook posts could look better. May be a FB API issue to be fair.
  • Like all automation platforms, may be a bit overwhelming at the start
  • Would like better phone integration options.
  • Sales growth has been tremendous for our clients. Sales are up over 30% across the board.
  • ROI has also improved substantially. Spending far less on traditional media (TV,radio) and funnelling it into less expensive, higher performing digital campaigns.
  • SharpSpring paid for itself within the first 2 weeks of implementation.
We looked at several other platforms before choosing SharpSpring. We obviously looked at Salesforce. We also considered Nutshell, HubSpot, Zoho and Sugar CRM. What really sold us on ShaprSpring was a couple of major factors. One, it is designed for agencies to resell to their clients. They understand our needs and have devised a perfect platform for taking care of our clients. And two, the amount of valuable features for the simple, flat-rate price was so superior to other platforms it just became a no-brainer. Throw in the fact that there is no contract and it is by far the best solution.
SharpSpring is ideal for companies that are wanting to engage potential customers online, track their engagement and create personalized content funnels to encourage them to convert to sales. We use SharpSpring to cast a wide net of potential customers, gauge who seems most interested, score them, and promote engagement with them to the point where speaking to a sales rep makes sense. Reduces the costly burden of sales teams, and maximizes your sales efforts by providing qualified leads to them. Probably less effective for phone-sales heavy teams or if your sales are generally done in person (for example, we have a client that owns golf courses. Less effective for getting new clients to the course. Much better once we have the golfer's info for repeat visits.).
