Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

We are using it to offer marketing automation to our customers. But it has a lot of problems, many bugs that are not fixed.

Pros

  • Was low price, but not anymore

Cons

  • Lack of support
  • Features full of bugs
  • Price increases more that 45%
  • Negative impact, they lost 2k contacts of my client
SharpSpring promises all but nothing complete. They build a software that you have to hire them to do all the things it should do. They have 3 levels of Certification: Silver, Gold and Platinum. I am Gold and the implementation of the software requires coding knowledge. The functionality of the software is only to justify the increase in prices. But all the new functionality, even the first ones, are full of bugs.
In all scenarios.

1. On February 28, 2020 they erase 2,154 contacts from the CRM of one of my clients and they didn't solve the problem; the only justification they have is that their system doesn't allow massive deletion of contacts.

2. The price increment of 45% to their agencies because of the new features only available in US, so all the other agencies have to pay more even if you are not allowed to get those features.

3. The constant failure of the system, the automations fail. They are not fixing the bugs.
