Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
SharpSpring is being used for our own sales and marketing efforts as well as those of our clients. It is really an enterprise solution that helps bridge the gaps among marketing and internal sales and outsourced sales.
Pros
- Easy to use for sales professionals, can get started quickly with minimal training
- Life of the lead view is really great and helps to see what actions someone took
- Sales, Onboarding and Account management staff are just a real pleasure to work with
Cons
- Some of the automation has a learning curve.
- Reporting needs a boost without sales dialer.
- Some of the setup reminders are a bit of overkill, maybe remind every several logins rather than every time you hit a specific screen.
- The value for the power is amazing!
- Got a lot of campaigns up and running quickly.
- Lots of interest to provide pre-sales with individuals to follow up with.
So I feel like Zoho does not have the best support and their offerings are not that well integrated. I felt like I was switching functions and dashboards all of the time with poor linkages.
