Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is being used by our clients for marketing automation campaigns. It is integrated with our Salesforce app, and helps to qualify leads, engage our client's prospects, and enable the sales team to put their efforts with the most promising leads.
  • It is easy to learn - there was no onboarding fatigue; rather, excitement to learn more and put our learning into use!
  • It is easy to use - it allows for customization without getting over complicated. This ensures a wide variety of users can be engaged in this new process.
  • The customization is awesome - it means we can customize the tool to our business processes, rather than change our business to fit within the constraints of a tool.
  • The SharpSpring interface is easy to use and intuitive. Given that our team is using specific functionality, we look forward to the ability to customize what is visible in the future. Thankfully the SharpSpring Feature Request portal gives us an opportunity to push this forward.
  • SharpSpring has enabled us to streamline client communication and ramp up engagement.
  • SharpSpring has also helped us to delight clients! They are eager to get on-board with marketing automation to streamline their communications, tailor messaging to meet the unique needs of diverse market segments, and benefit from the metrics that will allow them to evaluate effectiveness.
We selected SharpSpring thanks to its integration and customization capabilities. In addition, once it went above and beyond in these respects, it was also priced competitively relative to competitive marketing automation platforms.

SharpSpring has been easy to learn and easy to use. The interface is intuitive and follows the norms of comparable programs, which means it is easy to transition and build on your existing knowledge. In the event I am not sure how to accomplish something, I have many avenues to figure out how, including our SharpSpring onboarding or account manager, the Help Centre, the Virtual Classroom, or Technical Support (where I have the option to submit a case, or simply call and speak with a technician). This has helped immensely and ensures we are never 'stuck' in a waiting period, but rather, can continue to set out what we hoped to, smoothly.
SharpSpring support has been amazing. They are knowledgable, quick, and friendly. There are online materials when I want to look something up quickly, and then there's the support team - either the general technical support line, or our onboarding and account manager - when the question is more complex and nuanced. They always ensure a question is resolved, or if it's being looked into, that you know where they are in the process and nothing is forgotten. Both our internal team and our clients have been delighted to discover the multiple layers of functionality that SharpSpring offers.
We have had a great few months onboarding with SharpSpring. The product itself works great, and we are constantly learning about more features that will allow us to maximize our use and the value it will provide to us and our clients. In addition to the tool from a technical perspective, the entire SharpSpring team has been helpful. They are also quick to respond, follow-up as appropriate, and ensure you know that your query is being looked after.
