Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
SharpSpring is being used only by the marketing department. It solves the need to send emails to educate our existing software users along with our potential new business leads. It provides me the ability to market to more contacts than my previous system for less money. Great value and agency support!

- Ability to use date ranges in filtering/segmenting lists.
- Ability to add queues as users like in Salesforce.
- Too early to tell.
- Only been using it 6 months.
- I believe it is having a positive impact on ROI.
I switched from HubSpot to SharpSpring and I'm a one-person marketing department so it was a lot of work to figure out the migration and all the changes needed on my website. I got it done with a little help from SharpSpring's Professional Service. SharpSpring is not as user friendly but once you learn how to use it, it works. The cost compared to HubSpot makes much more sense for a small business.
