Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring has been used by marketing and salespeople in our organization. We mainly use it for e-mail marketing, lead nurturing and lead capturing. Quite often we use also content functions, e.g. landing pages, e-mail templates.
Tracking functions and lead scoring help us to understand in which stage can our prospective customers be.

Pros

  • SharpSpring gives you wide opportunities for connecting sales with marketing.
  • SharpSpring has very good support and team with short reaction time.

Cons

  • I do not see any important issue to be solved.
  • SharpSpring as all in one cloud platform solution can save your time and money.
We received recommendation for SharpSpring from our global organization. Then it was easy to start with testing and very quickly moved to be a client and also a gold partner of SharpSpring.
