Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring for our own automated marketing and CRM as well as several of our clients. It's being used by the President, VP, and VP of Technology. The system addresses the need for a CRM program, automated marketing and also provides some analytics for our clients. Our client uses it for visitor tracking and event triggers. We use it as a good way to send personalized emails to prospects.
- Visitor tracking is a great feature. You'll receive daily emails on who is going onto your website.
- Event triggers or automated emails are another great feature. It allows our clients to be more self-sufficient in communicating with their prospects.
- The CRM feature is a good feature for both us and our clients. Lead scoring is a huge plus.
- E-mail templates are very easy to use and you can do custom coding.
- The certification courses are time-consuming. You'll really have to invest in the time to go through each course.
- The social media integration doesn't really do much for us. It might be good for others but it doesn't add any value.
- The database/list uploads are a bit difficult, but that might be because they want to ensure you are uploading a clean list.
- A positive impact is that we are able to provide this to our clients and set them up with accounts, get them email templates and have us manage the program using just one platform.
- We have enough clients now on our account that it pays for itself.
- Overall, we wanted to be active in prospecting/new business and this has helped us to do this simply by the fact that we don't have to bring it into the creative studio - any executive can go in and send emails out with the pre-designed email templates.
Salesforce was a lot more expensive than SharpSpring and they didn't give us the ability to white label clients. We were looking for a CRM system and we found that SharpSpring had a lot of integrations and features that are all in one. Their customer service was a lot better also.
