Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring

SharpSpring is the core customer lead generation tool for the start-up Book Me Bob. It is used by the founders as well as the reseller team on the road. It's our central point of information to ensure credit is given for leads as well as our email marketing and retargeting platform.
  • Lead tracking and monitoring is exceptional. Monitor your potential customers activity.
  • Retargeting through the "Ads" platform is user friendly and enables tracking up to 90 days of direct website visitors.
  • Ability for the senior leaders in the organization to have visibility over the pipeline and collaborate on individual contact's information.
  • Some of the trigger functionality for emails is a little hard to follow without undertaking the formal training modules.
  • The "Ads" section being on a separate platform was an inconvenience, but this has been resolved with the section incorporated.
  • The accuracy of the pipeline tracking has led to cash-flow projections which helped shape the company direction in the early stages especially with investor interest.
  • The price point was very competitive and not having to add functionality at additional cost meant we know our monthly outlay and again, enabled us to monitor cash-flow.
I was not the decision maker in the process for selecting SharpSpring as it was in place when I commenced working with the organization.

Yes

A customer initiative system especially once all the formal training is completed on the platform. I did try to learn on the fly, but going back and completing the training ensured I got the most out of the system. The navigation of the site was easy enough to learn and teach other less frequent users who became comfortable very quickly.
Nothing was ever too much of an ask for any of the support team I have encountered at SharpSpring. Being in Australia can be challenging with time zones, but the U.S. based team I spoke with always made themselves available to ensure they could service our requirements during local business hours.
For start-up SaaS businesses this is a platform I would recommend when starting out. I can see the value in other industries, but this is the one that we have worked on. For any business that has multiple internal touch points for one customer, the SharpSpring functionality would serve you well.
