Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring
We use SharpSpring to manage our marketing and sales departments
Pros
- Keeps us organized
- Provides good reporting
- Streamlines the handoff from marketing to sales
Cons
- Would be nice to be able to call out of the system. (Currently unavailable in Canada)
- Wish I could work out of the "opportunity" to email/call clients. All interactions need to be done under the specific lead, which means more clicking around.
- Saved on having two CRMs and cheaper than the alternative we were looking at, so technically savings there
- There are a lot of features we are underutilizing but slowly building toward getting it going and seeing that ROI
- Freshworks CRM (formerly Freshsales)
As a CRM I preferred Freshsales, as it was fewer clicks and more relevant information easily accessible as well as an integrated phone system (SharpSpring has this but not in Canada for non-marketing companies). But the marketing integration is what drew us to SharpSpring, as Freshsales and their separate marketing platform was very clunky with many disconnects, which was difficult to use.
