SharpSpring is being used first to help us consolidate the myriad set of tools used to maintain what one would call a CRM. SharpSpring has also introduced us to the customer journey and given us a method to track our marketing activities. SharpSpring has provided us with an added bonus in making us an "agency." As an agency, we are able to offer SharpSpring services to our clientele or others as a reseller.

- Increased efficiency & visibility.
- Higher $$ cost as we migrate from homegrown to professional, but lower time cost.
Hubspot is a great tool at affordable to get started with. However, Hubspot can get pricey very quickly as you begin to start using its more advanced features.
