Sales made easy. Our Sales teams uses SharpSpring from start to finish in our sales process. It is where we manage our contacts. We assign buyer personas for dynamic content. The "Life of the Lead" feature gives us a view of what has been done and how successful it was. We put in notes and can make calls directly from the app. We have our email strategy planned and implemented for the upcoming year. The campaign and List feature allow for quick targeting of our prospects. We track our sales opportunities for ROI and where to increase/decrease our marketing tactics. We also offer SharpSpring to our clients.
- Email marketing with Smart emails and Mail Sync!
- Workflows for automation. We use that feature for 80% of our email marketing.
- We use Sales Dialer as well. It is a game changer.
- The "Unengaged" list. Allows our team to come up with other strategies for contacting a prospect as well as allowing us to update or delete a contact.
- Social media. When a contact is shown to have a LinkedIn profile we automatically reach out to connect.
- When using a list or the advanced feature, after the user makes a change SharpSpring automatically goes back to the contact manager. If I have more changes to make, I have to go back to the list or the advanced search each time. I should be able to stay in the list and have a button to proceed back to the contact manager.
- Alerts to admin at least 24 hours before admin needs to reconnect Social accounts.
- SharpSpring has allowed us to "lock in" accounts through its White Label feature.
- SharpSpring has enabled our Sales Team to develop our "Ideal Client" and create a precise message campaign to them.
- SharpSpring has enabled our Management Team to quickly react to what our prospects need by helping us automate our prospecting and follow-up cadence.
