Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring from Constant Contact

We use the SharpSpring from Constant Contact for the following: tracking ROI and progress with sales leads; social media planning; tracking automation; lead scoring and more. It helps us identify opportunities and the stage of prospects in the pipeline. It also helps us with projections and budget planning, as well as priorities. I personally use it for tracking marketing efforts, i.e. social media post engagement, email analytics, and landing page development.

SharpSpring from Constant Contact is much broader and rounded in terms of sales planning, contact management, landing page tools, and lead scoring. It seems to suit our small, start-up business fine at this point. However, we may move to another platform as we grow and need to expand our capabilities and integrations with other products on the market. Overall I think we are getting decent value from it. I plan to evaluate it further the more we use it and can gauge true ROI.

SharpSpring from Constant Contact is well suited for most marketing needs and functions. It's relatively easy to create landing pages on our website and use them to push newsletters out to targeted segments. The online help desk is always prompt and takes care of questions. I find the social media tool a little awkward to use in comparison to other tools I've used in the past. That needs some work.
