Overall Satisfaction with SharpSpring from Constant Contact

One of the best marketing automation tools at the market. I firmly believe it is a great tool for agencies to bring the automation power to big, medium and small businesses. It is great to start an inbound marketing project at your client, because you can assign different prices for the license depending of the type of client. CRM included, automation, media center and a lot of powerful functionalities for a lower price than the competitors. It's remarkable that the support team and time response are fast and problem solvers. Keep doing great job SharpSpring!

  • Social media: we need to post videos and galleries!
  • More native integrations, a lot with Zapier but is more difficult than bringing into the tool.
  • Analytics back please!!
  • The license price allow us to re-sell upgrading our revenue.
I prefer SharpSpring because it covers at least all the needs a medium or small company requires to start and develop an inbound marketing strategy.

Starting an inbound project with a new client, I highly recommend to include SharpSpring as an option because, for example in Europe is not so well known as other solutions. Believe me that, we could cover at least the 90% of the requirements that other tools like HubSpot offers for medium size companies.
