Overall Satisfaction with ShoreTel VOIP
Nortec Communications currently uses the ShoreTel VoIP system across the whole organization. Being in a Sales role, I'm always on the road visiting clients and potential customers; with ShoreTel's Mobility solution, I can make calls from my cell phone with my Office extension as if I'm in the office. I also work out of my home office often and I can use my Softphone to make & receive calls via my laptop/device with the ShoreTel Communicator client.
- Reliability: N+1 design - automatic failover (Redundancy)
- Simplicity: easy admin control/management via ShoreTel Director
- ShoreTel's Enterprise Contact Center could use some improvement and more development.
- Return on Investment
- Scalability: No Rip & Replace; Shoretel appliances are "stackable"; can always add more as your organization grows
It's been working well; we've already made the investment. Not interested in looking at alternative solutions.
