Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing

It's used across the whole organization for internal and external purposes.

Pros

  • Connecting to our internal data
  • Customer Service
  • Ability to update data in real-time

Cons

  • Visualizations lack features
  • Dashboards aren't as customizable
  • Not great for external facing clients
  • It has sent out blank reports to clients due to a bug
It's not super intuitive at first for a new user.
They have been very responsive.
Tableau is better than Sigma for client reporting, but Sigma is better than Tableau at accessing data.
In general, Sigma helps with both internal and external use cases.
