It's used across the whole organization for internal and external purposes.
- Connecting to our internal data
- Customer Service
- Ability to update data in real-time
- Visualizations lack features
- Dashboards aren't as customizable
- Not great for external facing clients
- It has sent out blank reports to clients due to a bug
I don't use it SQL, but it does replace the need for querying which is great.
Hard to collaborate internally based on the limitation that only one user can edit a dashboard/worksheet at a time
Very fast connections with the amount of data that we have.
I am not involved in that end of the decision making.
