Allows us to directly pulldown data into its system from our database.
Allows us to correlate data as needed by local teams.
Allows us to safely share access with outside parties.

Cons

Data filters could be improved for more flexibility.
Better charts and graphs for visualizations would be great.
Larger sets for downloading.

Return on Investment

It has allowed us to quickly share with necessary parties data.
It allowed for a place of local data storage and manipulation.
It gave us another format to collaborate on data sets.

Usability

The system overall was easy to use and is fairly intuitive. None of its features take a manual and all can be easily figured out in minutes, providing high usability.

Support Rating

Anytime I needed anything was taken care of quickly.

Alternatives Considered

Tableau Desktop

Tableau has a stronger overall UI and provides a larger array of tools. Sigma provides a better ability for sharing outside of our organization.

Likelihood to Recommend

Sigma is great for small data set sharing inside and outside of your organization.
