Overall Satisfaction with Sigma Computing
I used Sigma primarily to create dashboards mainly focused on the demographics of our customer base, tracking how our marketing team is performing in a month, etc.
- Aesthetic
- Lots of customer support
- Intuitive
- Missing some features that I could access with other platforms, like tooltips with data definitions on visualizations, layered mapping, etc.
- Finnicky formulas, like needing to add spaces between certain characters, etc.
- Needs more documentation on formulas, use cases, etc.
- Improved dashboard sharing (more people understand them)
- More time spent making dashboards (less documentation for when I run into issues)

Sigma's customer support service has made data accessible for anytime I run into issues. It has provided a good background for me and my team to make decisions.
