Overall Satisfaction with SignNow

We were onboarding staff from a new acquisition and needed a simple way to have all policy documents signed by the staff.

Pros

  • Bulk sending.
  • Mobile device integration.

Cons

  • Don't tell you anywhere on their website they have a monthly send limit.
  • Bulk send reminder features.
  • Makes collecting signatures a breeze.
  • Saves a lot of time when using the templates.

I compared SignNow to DocuSign and SignNow was the obvious winner when it comes to mobile device use. I do caution others about SignNow's monthly send limit. Nowhere do they mention this on their website and it wasn't until 3 am on a Tuesday when I'm under a deadline that I find out they only allow 100 docs/month unless you pay them more. Not sure I would have selected SignNow if I knew about this ahead of time.
