Overall Satisfaction with SignNow
We use SignNow for any document requiring a client signature.
- Simple to use.
- Great value for money.
- Good functionality.
- The user interface is convoluted.
- Using as an organisation or team does not have useful functionality.
- View Sorting on the main dashboard is very limited. Desktop and app. Eg. Just show me what is outstanding? Or don’t show completed documents.
- App could do with an overhaul to be more user centric.
- Using as an organization/team. Documents should be stored in the shared documents folder as a matter of course, not have to be dragged and dropped or moved so they are subsequently accessible. This is really annoying.
- Much better $ cost outlay than previous supplier.
- Enables more team members to have access.
- Unable to retrieve signed documents if a staff member is away and they haven’t been saved previously to the team folder.
