Overall Satisfaction with SignNow
We currently use SignNow for the execution of nearly all of our contracts. As a small organization with many moving parts, we utilize SignNow to address the inefficiencies of the manual approval and execution process. We can customize the order and type of approval required for each agreement based on our internal policy. We also use SignNow for template agreements and can send a link to a bulk set of third parties for individuals to sign (same agreement signed individually for those who contract with us).

- Links for bulk execution on an individual basis.

- Desktop and app are user friendly.
- Adjust the date fields so they more easily align with the line on the contract.
- When sending to signers, allow for a company-specific template email to automatically populate and not the standard SignNow email template.
- Track viewed agreements via a bulk link but do not create a new contract that is not signed.
- Improved efficiencies in review and approval process.
- Reduced costs in signing process.
- Documents remain in optimal OCR format.
