Overall Satisfaction with SignNow

We currently use SignNow for the execution of nearly all of our contracts. As a small organization with many moving parts, we utilize SignNow to address the inefficiencies of the manual approval and execution process. We can customize the order and type of approval required for each agreement based on our internal policy. We also use SignNow for template agreements and can send a link to a bulk set of third parties for individuals to sign (same agreement signed individually for those who contract with us).

  • Desktop and app are user friendly.
  • Adjust the date fields so they more easily align with the line on the contract.
  • When sending to signers, allow for a company-specific template email to automatically populate and not the standard SignNow email template.
  • Track viewed agreements via a bulk link but do not create a new contract that is not signed.
  • Improved efficiencies in review and approval process.
  • Reduced costs in signing process.
  • Documents remain in optimal OCR format.
I needed to merge two SignNow accounts but needed to keep the archive database. Customer support helped me navigate the process and we were able to transfer my account within 48 hours. I requested help via email, but I feel if I had called, the issue would have been resolved faster. I also needed assistance in adding our company logo on emails, etc. and received immediate assistance via the online chat feature. Customer support has always been great for me!
SignNow is easily accessible via the app and desktop. All from the app, we can easily create documents for signature, send documents for signature, and execute documents. The same is true for the desktop app. We can easily track the status of approval for each agreement. We can also customize by each agreement on what notifications we want to receive per the agreement, including who receives notices, executed documents, etc.

We use SignNow at every scale, from signing one-page letters to executing 50/100+ page agreements. The user-friendly experience makes it easy for our signers to review and execute with ease. Our signers can click on the link in the email, review, and sign/initial in the space designated for the signer. We do not typically use fillable agreements (other than name and signature), so I can't speak to that feature.
