Overall Satisfaction with SignNow

I use SignNow with all internal and external stakeholders from whom e-signatures are required. This includes all kinds of contracts, including Letters of Intent, HR-related documentation, various tax and corporate documentation, and other ad hoc agreements.
  • Building a template is easy and straightforward.
  • Inviting signers and creating a signing order amongst signors is easy.
  • Importing templates is simple.
  • Sharing templates amongst users is simple.
  • Resizing text that we add ourselves can be a challenge.
  • We should be able to change the font of text that we add ourselves.
  • I reuse many templates.
  • It is easy to collaborate with other team members.
  • Updating templates is very easy and efficient.
I've only reached out to the support team once and they responded very quickly.
Overall this is a great tool. My goal around adding matching fonts is on their roadmap.

Based on my experience, I think that SignNow is a powerful tool made available at a very reasonable price. I recommend this tool for organizations of any size. We use SignNow for contracts and other employment documents of all kinds. The main area for improvement is resizing text that is added to the doc template so that it can match the original font in the template.
