Overall Satisfaction with SignNow

I used SignNow to upload documents/releases that talent + clients need to sign. It allows us to streamline the signing process by adding templates that we can reuse + resend to multiple talent, without having to add new signature fields each time.
  • Organizes templates into folders
  • Sorts documents based off of 'most recent'
  • Notified us when a document has been signed, and shows us when a document is still pending
  • The bulk signing feature is a bit confusing to utilize
  • Sometimes, there is a glitch and the signature fields don't "save"
  • The text box only decreases to a certain size, and it sometimes makes the final result scattered and hard to view
  • Time management amongst the team has increased with SignNow
  • It's an easy tool to use, and the yearly expense is affordable -- compared to similar tools, such as Adobe
  • You can invite a collaborator to access the same document -- which is helpful when our team is working remotely

When we have documents that need to be sent out + signed ASAP, it helps to use SignNow to streamline the signing process. In my opinion, it wouldn't be well suited for an urgent document that has to be mass-signed by a group of people (specifically, the 'bulk invite' feature)
