American Dental Partners uses SilkRoad for job postings, recruitment and applicant tracking. Users have different levels of access, depending on what their specific roles are and what the need is for their involvement in the hiring and recruitment process.

Database of current and past applicants
Tracking of applicant correspondence
Ability to indicate applicant eligibility for job, for future reference

Posting of jobs is a bit cumbersome
Formatting in text fields could be cleaner for posting purposes
