Overall Satisfaction with SimpleTexting
SimpleTexting is used by our Client Experience Department. We use SimpleTexting to engage the populations that we serve as well as to engage our volunteers for our meal packing events. This has solved and streamlined a lot of processes when it comes to our overall client experience. In the future, we plan to use this for all lines of business including events, volunteers, and our donors!

I believe with our plan we have regular support. For the most part, if you know how to google something, you can figure out how to do something like setting up a campaign, autoresponders, create segments, or add to a subscribers list, etc...just by reading an article in their Help Center.
Yes! Most recently, there was an issue with our account where there was a misunderstanding of rolling over our annual credits. Our account renewed automatically so we did not notice our unused credits did not rollover. We contacted support and while they let us know for our annual account credits do not roll over, they noticed that since we have over 40K unused credits, they credited our account a few extra credits to make up for the misunderstanding.
