Overall Satisfaction with SimpleTexting
We use SimpleTexting to get out immediate messages to all staff and members. Thanks to SimpleTexting we are able to communicate effectively and immediately with the staff, members, and guests who look to stay in touch with the organization. Because of SimpleTexting, our attendance has increased along with the number of social media live views.
- Disburse mass messages effectively.
- We should be able to group specific numbers to a category to send messages to a specific category group.
- Being able to send mass text.
- Being able to add individuals into the system manually.
- Being able to give individuals a code to text to sign up on their own.
- The positive impact of SimpleTexting is the increase in virtual attendance and live streaming views. Before using SimpleTexting our views were between 20-50 but increased to 250-400 views per streaming.
