Overall Satisfaction with Skype
Our organization doesn't use Skype, instead [it] uses another product for video conferencing. I personally use Skype, to talk to friends and family.
But I'm pretty sure, if Skype would be used in companies, it'd make video conferencing, meetings, company-wide discussions much easier, since people involved could be in any part of the world, yet share ideas, just like in person.

- Video quality is amazing, so is the sound.
- It's platform independent so can be used from phones, tablets, and computers.
- Settings page is a little messed up, it could made simpler.
- The Hotmail/Windows Live integration can be confusing sometimes, along with the custom email address used.
- There're things for which we need to reach out to customer care, instead they could be done online.
- Helped in hiring new employees, as interviews were conducted over Skype.
