Overall Satisfaction with Slack

Slack is used as an internal way to connect different departments within our company. It helps communicate needs and requests seamlessly.

Pros

  • Instant notification on feeds, so nothing gets missed.
  • Different channels to help keep things organized
  • View individual threads

Cons

  • Nothing to note at this time
Slack is preferred, as the feeds are not lost when a session is closed. Can also upload docs and images to review later.
Communication between our web developers and QA, helps speed up the process of fixing bugs. Also allows for screen shares, to see exactly what someone is talking about.
