Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook

I use Smartlook for both private and commercial websites connected to my account, and web development activity. I use it to detect how users browse our website.
  • I can manage more websites from the same account
  • Heatmaps are useful
  • Also shows IP addresses and country data on the general interface.
  • I really hate the capabilities of the trial version, there are not many features for those who can’t pay for the service or who would like to test it.

When I started to use it, almost everything on SmartLook was free. As the time goes on, Smartlook has added more and more services and features to use, so I left ClickTale, and I started to use SmartLook regularly.

The general information about website visits and the heatmaps is soooo good, I really love it. Though I do have problems with restrictions on the trial-only version.
