Smartlook helped us to find and to see errors while browsing our site. We monitor customer behavior on the web with it.

- Possible filtering and setting view base on events.
- See more visits of one customer.
- Priced a little high for a small company.
- A lot of changes during this year - dashboard, plan strategy.
- Increasing number of repeated visits.
- Low number of abandoned carts.
I dont know similar products, I found it and use it.
