Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook

We use Smartlook for creating webpage heatmaps and recording visitor journey, in order to observe user behavior and increase conversion across the site.
  • Able to create new heat-maps on the free plan.
  • Nice interface.
  • Great filtering.
  • When creating visitor records, I want to be able to create filters so I can selectively record/not record certain range of users.
  • It's good to know if my campaigns/new designs are working or not.
Smartlook has a great pricing platform and the free version gives many more features than Hotjar.
Support is pretty good. I email them about not able to see heatmap on mobile devices, and the support person fixed it for me straight away.
