Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook

We are using Smartlook for heatmaps and user recordings to make better decisions for our web users - to help guide them in the right direction and get them the information they are looking for quickly.
  • Super gorgeous user interface
  • Excellent feature-set that is easy to navigate
  • Awesome automated support that drips you the information you need when you need it to get the most out of the platform
  • I do wish the price was a bit lower
  • Seeing conversion opportunities
  • Seeing issues users are facing when browsing on different devices
Was a long time Hotjar user - but Smartlook's system is way slicker.
Because I haven't had to contact them! Their bots and AI know when to feed you the correct information and get you educated on their platform. Well done you all!

Well suited for eCommerce companies who are spending on inbound traffic. One recording can show quite a bit to change up conversions based on poor interactions.
