Overall Satisfaction with Smartlook
Smartlook helps us optimize our SL (sales latter) pages. You can get any heatmap, but with Smartlook you actually see (thanks to the recordings) what the users are doing and you can see the page from the prospect's perspective. This is the single most important feature to me. So to actually answer the question, it saves us money and time by making easier the whole process of tweaking the SL.

I don't have any experience with the support staff. The onboarding process wasn't as smooth as I would imagine - but truth be told, I tend to have high expectations, and this is the only tool I use. I am happy with it, so I did not look anywhere else.
Very happy user in general, just from the get-go I was stumbling a little, but once you get going, all is good and well.

I only use it for one scenario, one purpose and that is optimization of sales pages and landing pages and for that I find it extremely well suited. I imagine it could be a very useful tool for developers of apps to see where users struggle or how they actually use the app.
