Use Cases and Deployment Scope

The recruitment department uses smartrecruiters along with OCC. The main purpose is to use one tool to publish in all our other job boards and this tool communicates directly with our ATS. I think it's easy to use, however you have to login into the smartrecruiters portal to publish a vacancy and the format reflected in the job board isn´t always clear.

Candidate Experience

I think it's the best. I have used Bullhorn in the past and smartrecruiters is better in support and also has more job boards to publish in their catalogue.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think it's appropriate for corporate recruitment. It is not a cheap solution, so I don´t know how it could work for smaller companies.
